- This January promises to be a whole lot warmer than last year! However, if the temperatures do drop below freezing be sure to keep your garage door closed to prevent plumbing from freezing. And if you leave town, keep your thermostat set in the 60s.
- Did you know that city regulations make you responsible for keeping the sidewalk in front of your house free of snow and ice? (If you live in an HOA community, the HOA may be responsible)
