Pam has been with realty Management Associates, Inc. (RMA) since 1988 when RMA became a two person office. Because of this background, she is proficient in all areas of property management and has been responsible, at one time or another, for just about every duty imaginable. "The thing I like about property management," Pam says, "is the diversity; no two days are ever the same."
Promoted to "Property Manager" several years ago, Pam and her team are directly responsible for the property management of client owned properties under contract with RMA. Her duties include, but are not limited to; showing available rentals, leasing, inspections of all types, maintenance supervision, tenant communication, owner communication and review of client financial statements.
Pam is a native Idahoan, born and raised in Nampa and now resides in Boise for the past 30 years. She and her husband, plus a dog, enjoy their family cabin, which is tucked away in the Garden Valley area just north of Boise. She has one daughter and two grandsons, ages ten and four and Pam reports, "these grand kids are the joy of my life."
