Marc Banner, RMA owner and president, obtained his Bachelors Degree at Idaho State University in 1976 and his Masters Degree in Economics at Purdue University in 1978. He has been a Professional Property Manager since 1980 and a Real Estate Agent/Broker since 1979. He obtained his Real Estate Broker's license in 1987 and demonstrates his commitment to excellence by regularly attending continuing education classes in Real Estate and Property Management.
Marc's commitment to uphold the highest standards in the industry is demonstrated by his many outstanding accomplishments. Marc was elected as the 2005 president of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), a national organization dedicated to professionalism in residential property management through education, certification, networking, and ethical practice.
Marc earned the prestigious Master Property Manager (MPM®) designation. He was the first MPM® in the State of Idaho and one of only 105 nationwide. Marc is a true leader among his peers. As a past President and Founding Member of the Southwest Idaho Chapter, Marc's dedication to the field of property management and excellent service to his community is unsurpassed.
