Leland rejoined the team as a Property Manager and Maintenance Coordinator in September 2007. Leland and members of the RMA team are directly responsible for the professional management of client-owned properties under contract with RMA. He works closely with owners and represents their best interest at all times. His responsibilities include: meet with prospective tenants, execute lease contracts, inspect property, regular communication with owners and tenants, and handle emergency property situations.
Leland was born and raised in Idaho. He Graduated from Borah High School in 1993 and later received his Bachelors of Science degree with an emphasis on Business Management from Portland State University. Prior to moving back to Boise, Leland owned and operated Naturalist Carpet Cleaning in Lake Oswego, OR for five years. He currently owns Kleen Touch, LLC his next carpet cleaning business venture.
