Josh Mitchell is a new member of the team here at Realty Management Associates. He is responsible for the Property Management of the southeast end of Boise! He is committed to continuing the “Raving Fan” approach that has made RMA an industry leader, being the only certified residential management company in Idaho! RMA sets industry standards with its unique and expert approach to managing your valuable investment.

Josh’s professional experience includes escrow, real estate and some mortgage lending background. He is seasoned in escrow as he has worked at United Title and Chicago Title, in California as an escrow officer in charge of million dollar builder accounts such as D.R. Horton, Pacifica Enterprises, and K.B. Homes. Pacifica Enterprises had such a great working relationship with Josh he ended up with all of their Southern California accounts.

Josh has also worked on the developer side of things for D&O Management Groups as a closing manager where he was responsible for overseeing the sales process from contract coordination, loans to ensuring a timely close. Mitchell worked with the Corporate Broker on all marketing and pricing strategies that helped make D&O number 1 in sales and closings in the Las Vegas area.

Josh is currently licensed in real estate in Nevada, and plans to move his Real Estate License to Idaho under RMA!

Josh has owned investment properties in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada. He knows how valuable it is to have a good property manager that is reliable and trustworthy with the owner’s best interest in mind.
