RMA specializes in the management of single family homes, townhouses, condominiums, and small apartment properties and currently manages more than 400 residential dwelling units. Being involved in a wide spectrum of the rental market gives RMA special insight into current rent values and market trends.
Tenant issues
RMA believes in strong customer service practices. Representing the Owners interest, yet dealing with the tenant in a fair and ethical manner assures strong tenant relationships. Being current on tenant rights and obligations allows RMA to maintain a very healthy tenancy. Cash-Flow Accounting
RMA prepares and delivers complete financial accounting records to the Owner on the 25th of each month. Income, expenses, expense details, mortgage payments, owner account status, and tenant details are all contained in this reporting. Eviction Knowledge
RMA offers an “Eviction-Protection Service” that removes the cost of eviction from the Owner. For a small monthly fee, all eviction costs are paid by RMA, up through and including the judgment for possession.
Maintenance Knowledge
With more than 34 years of property management experience, RMA is uniquely qualified to assess and complete maintenance projects. A well maintained rental property stays rented longer and turns over faster. RMA has systems in place to properly maintain any investment property.
Education
RMA is committed to uphold the highest possible standards in the industry. RMA president, Marc Banner, MPM®, is also the past president of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), a national organization dedicated to professionalism in residential property management through education, certification, networking, and ethical practice. Mr. Banner is active in the local chapter of the NNARPM as well. RMA staff participates in monthly educational opportunities offered by NARPM in all areas of the property management industry. Marc Banner, MPM®, earned the prestigious Master Property Manager (MPM®) designation, the highest individual designation as accredited by NARPM.
