Conee Spano, M.Ed, has been a property manager with Realty Management Associates, Inc., since 2005, and she specializes in the Eagle, Star, and Middleton markets. Conee holds B.S. and M.Ed. degrees in post-secondary education. Prior to joining RMA, she had an outstanding, 20-year administrative career at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In all phases of her career she promoted life-long learning as a way to improve one's quality of life and continues to do so in her role as property manager.
Conee and members of the RMA team are directly responsible for the professional management of client-owned properties under contract with RMA. She works closely with owners and represents their best interest at all times. Her responsibilities include: meet with prospective tenants, execute lease contracts, inspect property, supervise property maintenance, regular communication with owners and tenants, handle emergency property situations, and review client financial statements.
